Free online tools tutorialFor every part of the design process we have built a range of online tools to help you build your custom wedding invitation set. These tutorials will help you understand how to use the tools so that you can get the best out of our service.
If you still have questions or any problems using the tools then do
email-us or use the live-chat facility on the website.
Step 1 At the
homepage select 'options' from the navigation bar at the top of the page. A 'drop-down' or fly-out' menu will appear showing a list of options. Each one has it's own online tool.

Step 2
Select
'Type Styles' with your mouse and you will be taken to the page.

Step 3
The typestyle previewer displays a sample of the fonts in our collection. We have hundreds of others so do ask if you would like something that isn't shown, the selection we do display is what we think most suitable for wedding invitations.

Step 4
As you hover over a 'link' the sample for the relevant font will be shown in the previewer and the style of the font will change to either 'print style' or 'script style'. If you would like the bride and groom's names to feature in a hand written 'style' you should select one of the 'script style' fonts and choose a 'print style' font for the rest of the text.

Step 5When you have chosen your typestyles you are ready to order so click the order link to go to the
online store. If you need more time to think about your choice you can download a pdf brochure containing the full collection. This will save you having to go online to visit our site and make it easier for you to talk with friends and family and share ideas.Click the pdf link and when the brochure is downloaded click 'save a copy' on the toolbar and save it to your desktop for ease of reference.

Step 6
Once you reach the online store you can select your product from the front page and this will take your to the order page for your invitation set. Alternatively you can get to this page from the homepage and select your product and click the order link in the product 'showcase'.
Step 7
On the order page you will see a list of custom options available for your invitation set. There are two typestyle drop-down boxes which allow you to specify the typestyle for both the main text of your invitation and the bride and groom names. If you want to use a single typestyle for the entire invitation set then select the same typestlye in both boxes.

N.B. This will set the same options for both the Invitation and the RSVP.

Willow Wood Wedding Stationery-NewsWedding invitations can be bought separately from rsvp's
We have now redesigned our online store so that
wedding invitations can be bought separately from
rsvp's in response to customer requests . We have always serviced bespoke orders but now this process is fully automated. Clients who have ideas for their own wedding invitation design are still welcome to submit their ideas for bespoke stationery products which our artwork department will produce for you.
We have also improved the shopping cart layout so that all the details of customers chosen options for their stationery appear
in the cart and will also appear on their invoice. This will help customers to clearly see what they have ordered even if they have a lot of custom options in their wedding stationery.
Willow Wood always welcomes customer suggestions so do email us if you have any ideas or comments.

Well, posts have been a bit scarce of late and we must apologise for that! The fact is Willow Wood is a very busy place and
much has happened 'behind the scenes' as they say. but if you've been following our
RSS news service you'll know we launched a number of
new stationery products (check out the press release) earlier in the year. More of that in other posts shortly, it's time to start updating everyone again and the first item on the agenda is our new
'Wedding Favor Catalogue'.
Now before you get too excited and rush right off to the website let me say that only a hand full of products are there just now. There's just too much to do all at once and there's lots of new products coming so just hang in there.

Don't worry though our other wedding favor products are on the way so for now have a look at our ribbon flower almond holders that we've already released. These are Italian style bombonieres and they're absolutely lovely. There's no minmum order either, it just gets better and better. You'll also find at the bottom of the main wedding favor page a four step photo guide to making them. But don't panic, they're ever so easy to do, I promise. They come on a roll like an ordinary roll of ribbon and you just cut the ribbon to length, put your sugared almonds in the pockets and pull the little drawstrings together and tie off. Hey Presto!
They look great all layed out on your tables at the reception and of course there's a huge variety of color schemes available (more coming soon) so you're bound to find something to match your theme. Some of them are lacey, some satin ribbon and of course some organza. Anyway let us know what you think and if you've got any special product requests just email us, we want to give you the products you want.

Our latest news is to announce the launch of our online quotation service. We always try to respond to what our customers would like to see and this newest addition to our website is set to be a real winner.
Although we're only just announcing the launch the service has been under testing for some time but since it was uploaded to the site a few weeks ago the quote pages have seen some of the highest traffic on willow-wood.biz which confirms our hunch.
You can find the online service by clicking this link
Wedding Stationery Quotation then simply select a product and add different items from the range into the quote list and a running total will be displayed on the screen. The product range includes most of our stationery items icluding, invitations, reply cards, save the date cards, reception cards and thank you cards either flat or folded. I know some of you will want to know why our menu's and order of services don't appear but these items vary so greatly that we just can't publish items with set prices. But you know all you have to do is email us and within 24 hours you'll have a full quotation as long as you tell us exactly what you're looking for. When you click on a product range a panel is displayed with the main items listed in the tabs and if you click a tab the item is displayed beneath with a clear graphic showing text, patterns and orientation as well as two option drop downs for either quatities letterpressed or quantities flat printed. Select your quantity and an add to quote button appears, if you click this the item will be added and the calculations performed. you can then add other items or remove items from your quote. You'll get a very accurate costing which every bride needs for planning the perfect wedding.
Enjoy the new service and please do let us know what you think, you know how important your feedback is to us.
