Are you thinking of a Beach Wedding?

There are lots of things to consider when planning a ceremony on the beach.  Here are a few of the important things you'll need to consider:

  1. Heat: If your wedding is planned for a summer season make sure you offer your guests plenty of cold drinking water. It does not take long to overheat in the sun
  2. Back Up Plan for Rain
  3. Will You have an electric supply?
  4. Food: It is very important to keep cold food cold and hot food hot to avoid sick guests
  5. Aisle Runners are a hazzard on the sand
  6. Birds & Insects: They are all around keep yourself, your guests and your food protected
  7. Wind: Candles are difficult to keep lit for a Unity Candle Ceremony consider a Sand Ceremony instead
  8. Check with the location laws, rules, permits before you begin planning
  9. Beach Attire: Beach gowns, Tan Slacks, Short Sleeve Tropical or White Shirts, Sandals or Barefoot
  10. Keep Your Decorations themed to the beach and use the Natural Beauty around you for your back drops
  11. If you are planning a Sunset Wedding Timing is Everything! The sun won't wait for you to be ready.
