Ask Us A Question

  • Q. Is it true that Elizabeth eats really slowly? I must know!

Asked By: From that one guy

    A. Yes, she does eat slowly... but not that slowly!

  • Q. Is the food going to be good?

Asked By: someone who is just coming for the food

    A.

First of all, you don't get food unless your motive for coming is to see us getting married!

  • Q. Do I really have to wear one of those pointy-hat-thingees with the flowing material?

    Asked By: Mimi

    A. As a guest you are not required to come costumed up, but if you want to, by all means! We want our wedding to be fun! We are modeling our clothing after the 12th century styles (think of Robin Hood and the Crusades) ...and steeple hats are more 15th century.

  • Q. Why did the chicken cross the road?

    Asked By: A fellow peer

    A. Apparently chickens do not cross roads on their own free will... therefore the chicken must have been kidnapped.

  • Q. Will the wedding feast consist of "period-food?" If so, will utensils be optional, mandatory, or at the guests' discretion?

Asked By: Red Knight's Goin' Down...

    A. We will do our best to have food that is close to "period" and tastes good! With our budget I'm afraid that it won't be perfectly authentic. We will provide utensils... but if you don't want to use them then that's your choice!

  • Q. if i haven't received a save the date, does that mean I'm not invited? when should i expect to receive an invitation?

    Asked By: planner

    A. We were unable to send everyone a Save the Date card, but that doesn't mean you aren't invited! Most of our formal Invitations were sent out by April 1st. Please reply by May 30th. If you still have not received an invitation by May 30th, feel free to contact Zachary or Elizabeth. We don't want to exclude anyone and if we have it was unintentional!

  • Q. You eat slowly? I do too. It'll be nice to have someone to eat with instead of alone.

Asked By: Grandma Jarratt to be

    A. Yay! It's so nice to not be alone!

  • Q. Would it be okay for Grandpa Jarratt to be to make the Andironak chair(s)?

Asked By: Grandma Jarratt to be

    A. That would be wonderful! We are so looking forward to seeing you at the wedding!
